Organic, grass-fed, hormone & antibiotic free beef. We sell 2 times per year to the public. Price averages approx. $15/lb & each quarter consists of approximately 80 lbs. Each quarter is a mix of ground beef, roast & various cuts of steaks. The meat is extremely tender. *REMINDER: Waitlists are used for EACH ORDER so that you only receive notifications when you’re ready for meat and sign up for that particular waitlist.
